Responsibilities & Context:

Application from eligible candidates who have 05 to 07 years HR experience in a reputed Real Estate company.

This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.

Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for this position.

Recruitment & Manpower Planning – Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely placement of staff for projects and head office.

Employee Onboarding – Conduct orientation/induction programs and facilitate smooth joining formalities.

Payroll & Benefits – Prepare monthly payroll, allowances, overtime, and ensure accuracy in compensation management.

Performance Management – Monitor probationary reviews, KPIs, and appraisal processes.

Training & Development – Identify training needs and arrange skill development programs for employees.

Employee Relations – Handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and maintain harmonious workplace relations.

Compliance – Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and statutory requirements.

HR Administration – Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HRIS database.

Site HR Support – Provide HR & admin support for project sites including logistics, safety, and staff welfare.

Employee Engagement & Welfare – Organize engagement activities, welfare programs, and support retention initiatives.
