Responsibilities & Context:
- Price offer collection and negotiation against requisition
- CS creation after price negotiation and verification
- Purchase order generation & submit to the supplier after approval
- Follow up with the supplier to ensure delivery as required by the factory.
- Coordinate with factory/production to plan procurementProcess all bills and submit to Audit/A&F dept.
- Ensure all suppliers payableSource new suppliers as needed for the organization
- Any Import and commercial activities assigned by management (PI collection, LC approval, Documents collection, etc.)
- Any other task assigned by management.
