∎ Bachelor / Master’s in Any Department from a reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall operational management and performance of Hub and delivery operations
∎ Assign delivery personal according to schedules and route plans.
∎ Ensure that the process and employees are working smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Achieve KPI & SLA of delivery commitment.
∎ Supervise staff & Supervisor to ensure the best practice of grocery delivery
∎ Provide operations staff with guidance and support to cope with volume growth.
∎ Plan the optimum capacity against the possible assignments.
∎ Analyze seasonal trends to prioritize deals for maximum sales.
∎ Manage warehouse/inventory to ensure product.
∎ Handled a team of 15+ Supervisor & 120 Delivery Bike Rider and Packer.
∎ Create new Operations strategy for corporate clients to get better output
∎ Collaborate with business team for onboarding merchants and make SOPs and commitments.
∎ Lead the Customer Service Team and look for the customer satisfaction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Communication
∎ Creativity and Innovation
∎ Soft skills and systems knowledge about website and app
∎ Knowledge about Call Center Operation
