Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master’s in Marketing from a reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan strategy to increase Daily order and sales volume.
∎ Analyze sales trends and Plan Effective Marketing Strategy for Current & Upcoming Services to Maximize ROI (Brand Building Campaigns)
∎ Market and industry analysis to develop new projects, campaigns, identify and promote the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators to customers or users
∎ Manage and develop brand loyalty programs (CRM strategy) to strengthen the relationship with existing and potential customers with a 30 % retention of loyal customer
∎ Develop ATL & BTL strategy for website and mobile app traffic increase.
∎ Prepare reports to monitor daily sales, order, website traffic, campaign performance, product performance, partner’s contribution, source wise sales evaluation & media budget expenditure to maximize performance and e-commerce revenue.
∎ Format SOP’s for customer journey, customer retention, Reduce customer dissatisfaction and NPS evaluation.
∎ Search, compare and recruit effective vendor, suppliers and agencies for different kind of marketing activities
∎ Digital Marketing agency monitoring and prepare monthly campaign plans, media budget & Working with the Design (agency) and Content team (agency or in house) on the briefing in and developing creatives and content for the different channels (FB/Insta, Viber, Web. Mobile, GDN, Linkedin etc.)
∎ Ensure 90% response rate/day on Facebook &Response time on Facebook within 45 minutes with Query management team.
∎ Suggest and Onboard new business and process initiatives to generate revenue yearly
∎ Maintain as the key point of communication contact between various external parties (Bank, Payment Gateway, Business Partners etc.) and internal departments, in support of user’s specific e-commerce business needs, which includes communication channel distribution, creative and content creation, marketing material support, other IT services related to e-commerce store management or website management.
∎ Ensure easy operations of website interface and application: Across new category launches, website promotions, broadcast events and all other customer-related initiatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Tech and social media savvy.
∎ Data-driven approach.
∎ Digital Marketing skills.
