Responsibilities & Context:
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Assist customers in selecting products, offering personalized recommendations, and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
Manage daily sales operations, including processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Ensure the boutique is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and reporting low stock levels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product information.
