Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after general admin, HR & compliance issues.
∎ Analyze, plan & execute training & development for skill improvement and motivation of the employees.
∎ Have to advise and formulate employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labor handling, stress, conflict management etc. in a proactive manner.
∎ Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
∎ Maintain overall safety and security.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping, cleaning & hygiene matter of the factory.
∎ Play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence.
∎ To maintain liaison with local government office (PS, DC, RAB, Labor Office)
∎ To ensure regular supply of all utility services.
∎ Planning, control & Maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property assets and other moveable and immovable properties.
∎ To manage and resolve any emergency incidents or crisis.
∎ To ensure on time renewal the required licenses, contract, certificate etc.
∎ Responsible for recruitment & selection, training & development, attendance & salary administration, compensation & benefits etc.
∎ Maintain & control of all leave, attendance and monthly salary statement by payroll system with sound knowledge of HR & payroll software.
∎ To prepare new employee/workers personal files within end of the month.
∎ Ensure the new employee orientation according to orientation checklist as per induction and orientation policy.
∎ Any task assignment by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law, Labor Rules, Factory Rules, Fire Rules, Environmental Law, and policies development and implementation, especially related to furniture manufacturer sector.
∎ The incumbent should be able to handle any adverse local/labor unrest situation.
∎ Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.

Salary: Negotiable
