Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installation, servicing/maintenance, testing, commissioning of CCTV, ACS, Turnstile, Bollard, UVSS, Parking Solution, Walk-through Metal Detector, Network active & Passive Solution, Intruder Alarm Systems or related equipment, following drawing of electrical layouts and building plans.
∎ Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.
∎ Production of high-quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings.
∎ Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc.
∎ Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality.
∎ Responding to out of hours service calls.
∎ Needs a combination of technical and soft skills to understand network engineering, including how to design, install, and operate network devices and protocols such asTCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, and MPLS.
∎ Oversee the deployment and installation of LAN solutions, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and expectations.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues that may arise during or after Project implementation.
∎ Maintain a positive relationship with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the proposed solution. Address any concerns or issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with various teams within the organization, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post salesactivities and to provide a unified customer experience.
∎ Maintain relationships with LAN equipment and solution vendors to stay updated on their products and negotiate favorable terms for your clients.
