∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from any reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Oracle, SQL, Tableau or any BI tools.
∎ Skills Required: Linux, Oracle, Power BI, Tableu
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Billing, IGW
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report generation and delivery to various stakeholders.
∎ Provide on-demand reports for root cause analysis to other technical departments from billing database or in-house tools.
∎ Coordination and communication with foreign and local partners for effective dispute resolution and invoice generation.
∎ Write reporting queries using SQL for the on-demand reports.
∎ Collect and prepare daily health status report for application and database server.
∎ Work on Linux commands.
∎ Provision of partner and upload rate-sheet in the billing system.
∎ Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
∎ Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
∎ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge on Linux commands
∎ Strong knowledge of and experience with latest reporting tools.
∎ Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
∎ Applicant must have well understanding for database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
∎ Must have power BI, Tableau or any BI tools implementation experience.
