∎ Bachelors in CSE/EEE/ECE/ETE/ICE or equivalent from any reputed university.
∎ CCNP, JNCIP, RHCA, RHCE Certification will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Network, IIG, ISP Technology, Juniper, Tech Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead 24x7 tech support team for customer provisioning and technical support.
∎ Responsible for handling technical problems, achieving customer acceptance / satisfaction through high performance and quality of services.
∎ Design and implement technical solution for core IP backbone and access network.
∎ Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Responsible for troubleshooting different types of customer technical complaints and able to provide timely solution.
∎ Ensure network security and QoS.
∎ Coordinating with Data and Transmission network team regarding fault issues.
∎ Support training for tech support team.
∎ Products / Technical Knowledge update through self-learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years’ experience of ISP or IIG.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP or IIG.
∎ Must have good knowledge & Experience in Juniper, Cisco and Mikrotik.
∎ Excellent communication Skills to interact with team members and support personnel and can act as a mentor to less experienced personnel.
