- Ability to lead a team, work under pressure, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Guide students through the entire admission and visa application process.
- Advise students on program options, university requirements, and scholarships.
- Handle student queries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain strong communication with universities and international partners.
- Lead and mentor junior counselors to ensure smooth operations.
