Job Context:

Nixa Global is an established overseas education consultancy firm assisting students for UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
We are expanding our team and looking for passionate professionals for the following positions:

• 🇬🇧 Senior Counsellor – UK

• 🇦🇺 Senior Counsellor – Australia & New Zealand

• 🇪🇺 Counsellor – Europe (Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Cyprus, Finland)

• 🏢 Operations / Branch Manager (Multi-Country)

Candidates having A–Z knowledge of admission & visa process and experience in education consultancy are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end counselling: student assessment, course & university selection, application, and visa processing.

• Manage country-specific cases (UK / AUS / NZ / Europe) independently.

• Guide students on SOP, GTE, CAS/COE, and visa documentation.

• Maintain regular communication and ensure smooth admission journey.

• For Manager role: supervise team performance, maintain reports, and support company growth strategy.

• Ensure excellent client satisfaction and achieve monthly targets.

Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; Master’s preferred)

• Preference for candidates who have studied abroad (UK / AUS / NZ / Europe)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas education counselling

• 5+ years for managerial role

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• In-depth knowledge of education system and visa process for at least one country

• Strong follow-up and client-handling ability

• Ability to work independently or lead a team

• Fluent in English
