Job Context:

Nixa Global is a Malaysia-based education consultancy firm working with multiple international destinations including Malaysia, UK, Australia, and Europe.

We are currently expanding our Rajshahi office and looking for experienced and motivated Education Counsellors.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (Malaysia, UK, Australia, Europe)

• Guide students on university selection, course options, and career pathways

• Explain admission process, visa requirements, and documentation

• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolled students

• Maintain proper communication with students and parents

• Work closely with the application team for file processing

• Achieve monthly student recruitment targets

• Participate in marketing activities (online/offline)

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in study abroad counselling

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Knowledge about Malaysia / UK / Australia / Europe study process

• Candidates who studied in Malaysia or UK will get preference

• Ability to handle student queries professionally

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
