Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager who will take full ownership of daily operations, B2B client management, and new product/service development.

This person will work closely with the CEO to drive company growth, oversee all departments, and ensure that all business functions run smoothly without requiring constant supervision.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international education operations (UK, AUS, NZ, Europe, etc.), excellent leadership ability, and proven experience in strategic business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the full operations of the company across all departments (Counselling, Admission, Marketing, B2B, etc.)

  • Handle B2B client communication — partner agencies, universities, and institutional collaborations

  • Identify and develop new business products or services for company growth

  • Set strategic goals and monitor departmental KPIs

  • Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency across branches

  • Lead, motivate, and evaluate team performance

  • Report directly to the CEO with weekly updates and business insights

  • Research market trends to launch new initiatives and services

  • Handle escalations and problem-solving proactively
