Responsibilities & Context:
01. Identify and approach potential clients for facade, curtain wall, and aluminum works, while conducting regular market research on competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming projects to uncover new business opportunities across private, corporate, and government sectors.
02. With a smart appearance and proper dress code, visit architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and project sites daily to introduce products and services through the company profile, catalogs, PowerPoint presentations, and tailored solutions to potential clients.
03. Report daily activities and results to management, prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, maintain accurate client data by updating CRM/client tracking sheets, and provide regular reports on targets versus achievements against KPIs.
04. Build and maintain a client database with contact details and visit history. Report daily activities and results to management. Collect project details and forward them to the estimation/design team for quotations, follow up on submitted offers until order confirmation, and coordinate with production and installation teams to provide timely client updates.
05. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management and actively work on lead conversion from initial contact to final project confirmation.
06. Support business growth through basic digital marketing efforts, including lead generation from online platforms, social media awareness, and coordination with marketing campaigns where required.
