  • Experience in IT channel sales, preferably in the IT distribution/tech industry.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage IT channel partners (distributors, resellers, retailers) to expand market reach.

  • Channel Management: Build strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth and ensure brand loyalty.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing channel partners and ensuring optimal product availability.

  • Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities by identifying untapped markets and potential partners.

  • Business Growth: Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.

  • CRM Support: Coordinate with CRM team for in time credit collection and address partner queries and resolve issues to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns for partner engagement.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and partner performance.

  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with the PM team to align branch strategies with branch business goals.
