Experience:
Experience in IT channel sales, preferably in the IT distribution/tech industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage IT channel partners (distributors, resellers, retailers) to expand market reach.
Channel Management: Build strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth and ensure brand loyalty.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing channel partners and ensuring optimal product availability.
Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities by identifying untapped markets and potential partners.
Business Growth: Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.
CRM Support: Coordinate with CRM team for in time credit collection and address partner queries and resolve issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns for partner engagement.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and partner performance.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with the PM team to align branch strategies with branch business goals.
