The Sales and Client Support Intern will play a key role in supporting Offisio's business development and client service activities. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is interested in client relationship management, business consultancy, and professional services.
The intern will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to engage prospective clients, assist existing clients throughout their service journey, maintain CRM records, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Through this role, the intern will gain practical exposure to US business formation, tax compliance, banking systems, and other professional services offered by Offisio.
The position requires communication skills, professionalism, responsiveness, and a willingness to learn.
Customer Relationship Management
Build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct follow-up communications to gather client feedback and improve service quality.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or introducing additional services based on client needs.
Contribute ideas for improving client experience and service delivery.
Learning & Professional Development
Develop a working understanding of company formation, tax registration, regulatory compliance, and other business support services.
Participate in internal training sessions and team meetings.
Stay informed about common business challenges faced by founders, entrepreneurs, and SMEs in the US.
Continuously improve communication, sales, and customer service skills.
