Prepare and process all tender documents (e-GP, Manual & RFQ) from the scheduled purchase through to submission and contract agreement
Follow up on NOA (Notice of Award) and handle all post-award documentation until final contract signing
Prepare price quotations by collecting data from the Product Team and forwarding to clients
Process corporate sales orders, quotations, and sales-from-quotation entries
Provide back-end support to the corporate sales team regarding stock availability, pricing, and product specifications
Coordinate product transfers across branches and manage delivery schedules via challan processing
Communicate with corporate clients professionally and ensure timely documentation support
Prepare and submit weekly sales funnel reports for the assigned team
