Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Management, Marketing, or Finance
    • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting, Management, Marketing, or Finance
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Management, Marketing, or Finance

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and process all tender documents (e-GP, Manual & RFQ) from the scheduled purchase through to submission and contract agreement

  • Follow up on NOA (Notice of Award) and handle all post-award documentation until final contract signing

  • Prepare price quotations by collecting data from the Product Team and forwarding to clients

  • Process corporate sales orders, quotations, and sales-from-quotation entries

  • Provide back-end support to the corporate sales team regarding stock availability, pricing, and product specifications

  • Coordinate product transfers across branches and manage delivery schedules via challan processing

  • Communicate with corporate clients professionally and ensure timely documentation support

  • Prepare and submit weekly sales funnel reports for the assigned team
