Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Uttara Sector-14, Dhaka (Office Based)
We are hiring an Seles Manager (Cargo) for our Uttara office.
Your main job will be to talk to customers on the phone, handle foreign clients in English, and close orders.
Responsibilities:
Call customers every day
Talk with foreign customers in English
Understand customer needs and guide them correctly
Solve customer problems on phone
Convert customers into orders
Monitor and improve the call team
Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Good speaking skills on phone
Must speak English and Bangla
Ability to convince customers and close sales
Patient, confident, and target-focused
