Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze new trends of local market related to fabrics, colors, patterns, styles & designs
∎ Ensure the new product design is interpreted and manufactured to the correct standard.
∎ Identify new opportunities to create competitive advantage, ensuring the product is unique and on trend.
∎ Develop/ Follow-up sample making up to order confirmation.
∎ Ensure TNA is maintained on development process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced as Fashion Designer for export oriented sweater manufacturing unit
∎ Should have sound technical and analytical knowledge
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Must have good knowledge on software based designing
Salary: Negotiable
