Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will deal with sweater manufacturing merchandising
∎ Do Costing, BOM & T&A plan
∎ Communicate and correspond with internal and external stakeholders including buyers and suppliers
∎ Ensure in house raw materials as per agreed T&A Plan and to follow up production on a daily basis
∎ Follow up with planning / production / commercial team & ensure shipment move on time
∎ Ensure proper filing system & record
∎ Lead a team of merchandisers to handle "Next" buyer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experienced in working within merchandising department of reputed Sweater manufacturing unit
∎ Familiar with Next Buyer Manual will get preferences
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
Salary: Negotiable
