∎ Graduate in any discipline from reputed educational institution however preferences will be given to Textile Engineers
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Costing, product development, BOM & T&A plan.
∎ Communicate and correspond with internal and external stakeholders including buyers and suppliers
∎ Ensure in house raw materials as per agreed T&A plan and to follow up production on a daily basis.
∎ Follow up with planning / production / commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Ensure proper filing system & record
∎ Working in a team to handle multiple accounts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experienced in sweater merchandising department within reputed garments manufacturing unit
∎ Experienced in using ERP software will get the preferences
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
