• Experience candidate form education consultancy will be given preference

• Assist to organizing and participating in seminars, webinars, and education fairs to promote study abroad services.

Job Description:

• The Senior Counsellor is responsible for guiding students/clients through the overseas education or migration process. This role includes providing accurate program advice, assessing applicant eligibility, maintaining client communication, ensuring quality documentation, and achieving monthly conversion targets. The Senior Counsellor also supports junior counsellors through training, supervision, and performance guidance.

• Provide expert counselling to students regarding university options, course selection, and career pathways.

• Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications, scholarship applications, and visa documentation.

• Manage the end-to-end student journey: initial consultation, document assessment, SOP review, GTE, tests, interviews, personal statements & visa lodgement

• Guide students through the admission process, including application preparation, documentation, and submission.

• Conduct information sessions, seminars, and workshops for prospective students and parents.

• Respond to student inquiries through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
