Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist in the analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
∎ To collaborate with the R&D team to identify innovative solutions for product development and optimization.
∎ To stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and related technologies to contribute to the innovation pipeline.
∎ Responsible for online quality control of every product.
∎ Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time-to-time guidelines.
∎ Having experience and interest in the coating industry.
∎ Determine relationships of chemical and physical properties, composition, structures and reactions of organic and inorganic compounds using chromatography, spectrophotometry techniques.
∎ Analyse substance and create data base development.
∎ Carry out lab work to develop and improve new and existing products.
∎ Clean and maintaining laboratory equipment, making sure that all the technology is working correctly.
∎ Make presentation/ report of R&D data based on work summery.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
