Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build responsive and high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
∎ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
∎ Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
∎ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
∎ Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
∎ Collaborate with designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and decision-making.
∎ Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
∎ Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
∎ Write unit tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or similar.
∎ Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by QA or end-users.
∎ Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development and ReactJS.
∎ Share knowledge and expertise with the team.
∎ Document application changes and develop updates for user documentation.
∎ Maintain technical documentation for code and API integrations.
∎ Continuously improve the user experience by refining and enhancing existing interfaces.
∎ Implement innovative solutions to enhance user interaction and engagement.
∎ Use version control systems like Git for efficient collaboration and code management.
