• Must be willing to work on a roster-based shift system, covering Morning, Day, and Night shifts.
• The reservation team operates 24/7, so each officer is expected to rotate through all shifts as per the duty roster.
• Flexibility, punctuality, and commitment to shift schedules are essential to ensure seamless round-the-clock operations.
• Must be proficient in both Sabre and Galileo GDS systems, with hands-on experience in managing complex reservations and transactions.

• Handle flight reservations and ticket issuance, ensuring accuracy in fare quoting, class availability, and routing based on client requirements.
• Manage ticket reissue, refund, void, and reissue processes in compliance with airline and company policies.
• Monitor and manage B2B and B2C OTA bookings, ensuring smooth processing, timely actions, and system updates.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and deliver prompt, professional service.
• Monitor PNRs for schedule changes, take necessary actions, and update clients accordingly.
• Maintain proper records of bookings, changes, and financial transactions.
• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and GDS system updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive and solution-oriented service.
