  • Must be proficient in Sabre and Galileo GDS systems, with hands-on experience managing complex reservations and transactions.

  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 roster-based shift system, covering Morning, Day, and Night shifts, and rotate according to the duty roster, is required.

  • Flexibility, punctuality, and dedication to the shift schedule are essential to ensure smooth, round-the-clock operations.



Responsibilities & Context:

Tour Mart Limited is one of the leading OTAs in Bangladesh, providing advanced travel solutions to agents and clients nationwide. We are expanding our Reservation Team and looking for dedicated GDS experts to manage bookings efficiently and ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight reservations and ticket issuance with high accuracy, leveraging advanced GDS knowledge for fare quoting, class availability, and optimal routing based on client requirements.
  • Manage ticket reissues, refunds, voids, and exchanges in full compliance with airline and company policies.
  • Monitor and manage B2B and B2C OTA bookings efficiently, ensuring seamless processing, timely updates, and accurate system records.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to understand their travel needs and provide prompt, professional service.
  • Track PNRs for schedule changes, take appropriate actions, and inform clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of bookings, modifications, and financial transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with airline policies, fare rules, GDS enhancements, and OTA system updates to optimize operations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering responsive, solution-oriented service and maintaining professional standards.
