Business Development & Sales Growth
Act as the Key Account Manager (KAM) for all travel agents in the assigned zone.
Provide dedicated support to agents, ensuring smooth use of our portal for Air Ticketing, Visa Processing, and Tour Packages.
Address agent queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure maximum satisfaction.
Regularly visit travel agents in the zone, strengthen partnerships, and encourage higher engagement with our services.
Explore and secure new business opportunities from the corporate sector and large institutions.
Promotion & Branding
Represent the company professionally in the region and uphold the brand reputation.
Conduct promotional visits, presentations, and discussions to increase awareness of our products and services.
Inspire and guide agents to use our OTA effectively for their business growth.
Actively promote Tour Packages, Umrah Packages and other specialized deals to agents and corporate clients.
Target Achievement & Reporting
Achieve sales and growth targets set by the company for the assigned Zone.
Monitor agent performance, prepare business reports for management, and develop action plans to enhance overall performance.
Provide feedback and insights on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Coordination & Compliance
Work closely with the Head Office team to align with company strategies and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all dealings.
Flexible and committed to working as per Head Office assignments within their designated zone.
