Job Title: Executive (Sales & Marketing - Air Ticketing)

Job Context:

Tour Mart Limited is looking for result-oriented professionals to manage and grow our Air Ticketing department, focusing on providing seamless services to B2B agents and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B & B2C Support: Provide fast and accurate air ticket booking and fare quotes to sub-agents and individual walk-in customers.

Sales Growth: Identify and onboard new B2B agents and corporate clients to achieve monthly sales targets.

Operational Tasks: Manage flight reservations, ticket re-issuances, date changes, and refund processing using GDS (Sabre/Amadeus).

Marketing: Promote special airline deals and seasonal offers to the existing agent network and via social media.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong professional ties with airline representatives and travel partners to ensure competitive pricing.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience: 1–2 years in the Travel/Aviation industry (Air Ticketing experience preferred).

Skills: Basic knowledge of GDS and excellent communication/negotiation skills.
