Education:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
The applicant should have a Bachelor of Architecture degree (B.Arch) from a reputated public university.
Full membership with IAB and RAJUK enlistment.
Must have the knowledge about FAR, DAP 2022-2035, Fire department ,and other rules and regulations of various authorities.
Requirements:
- 8 to 12 years
Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Autodesk 3DSMAX,SketchUp
Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 40 years
Proficiency in Auto CAD,
3D modeling & rendering with 3ds max Sketch Up,
Photoshop, illustrator, MS Word & MS Excel ,
MS power point Sound,
knowledge of construction methods, materials & building system.
Has a valid motorcycle driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
Candidates with experience in Real Estate sector will be given preference.
Must be able to meet his own Targets.
Must have the knowledge about FAR, DAP 2022-2035, Fire department ,and other rules and regulations of various authorities.
Design, Drafting, 3D modelling and Visualization of Architectural projects.
Exclusive Interior & Furniture design along with project supervision.
Project Planning and Site design management with Clients and Workers.
Select materials, furniture, and finishes that enhance the overall design and meet budget constraints.
Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with detailed working drawing.
Realistic 3D interior & exterior Modeling and rendering skill.
Preparing detailed measurements, detailed working drawings, interior designing and detailing layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.
Prepare Exterior & Interior/ Architectural design concepts, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and cost estimation.
Designing residential & commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, Strategic thinking to achieve the aims of the project safety/cost/time/quality/sustainability
Oversee all phases of design and implementation to ensure the project meets high-quality standards.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
