• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture from a reputed institution — BUET, KUET, AUST, BGMEA, Shanto-Mariam preferred.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm,Interior Design

• Age 25 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Experience in interior architecture — residential, commercial, or hospitality.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and presentation tools.
• Excellent site knowledge — from measurement to layout to final execution.
• Sharp aesthetic sense, understanding of structure, light, and material.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects with clarity.
• Must be organized, detail-obsessed, and committed to deadlines.
• Confident in client communication and internal leadership.

Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead concept development & design execution for premium residential and commercial interior projects

• Collaborate with clients and internal creative teams to transform visions into reality

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape

• Ensure accurate site visits, measurements, and effective on-ground execution

• Supervise 3D design output, material selection, and BOQ quality

• Provide guidance to junior architects and supervise team workflow

• Manage client meetings, design presentations, and overall project progress

• Ensure compliance with functional, safety, and aesthetic benchmarks

• Solve on-site problems with strong technical and structural insight

• Deliver high-level execution without compromising creativity or brand language

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture from a reputed institution — BUET, KUET, AUST, BGMEA, Shanto-Mariam preferred.
