Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Masters or Bachelor in MIS/CSE/Statistics

• At least 3 years

Technical Skills:

• Extract data using SQL queries and internal tools.

• Prepare reports using tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Participate in data science and system improvement projects.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of two or three years of full-time work experience as a data analyst.

• Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (such as SAS, PowerBI, Qlik).

• Demonstrable knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.

• Proficient in SQL Query Development.

• Proficiency in SQL Server is a plus and will be considered an added advantage.

Green Delta Insurance is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making across the organization. You'll tackle complex insurance industry challenges, develop insightful analyses, and collaborate with various departments to optimize our insurance products and services.

Data Collection and Cleaning:

• Gather data from various sources (databases, systems, etc.)
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency (fixing errors and inconsistencies).

Reporting and Visualization:

• Create reports and dashboards (using Power BI and similar tools) to present data clearly to management.
• Use data to identify trends and patterns.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

• Analyze business data to understand trends and performance.
• Develop forecasts to help with future planning decisions.

Data Sharing and Security:

• Distribute data securely according to company guidelines.
• Resolve issues with existing reports in Power BI and SSRS.

Process Improvement:

• Identify problems and inefficiencies in business processes.
• Recommend improvements based on data analysis.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Work with different teams to understand their data needs.
• Develop systems to ensure data flows smoothly across departments.
