∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Major in Computer Science and Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Major in AI/ML
∎ Special course in Computer Vision, Human Computer Interaction, Robotics, NLP.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University,North South University,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,University of Dhaka students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Preparing and tuning Bangla Sign Language Recognition datasets and updating the algorithm to enhance performance
∎ Developing ML algorithms to analyze huge large-scale data to make predictions
∎ Transform prototypes into proven projects by applying appropriate ML algorithms
∎ Validating the approach and methodologies of the Machine Learning model and algorithm
∎ Prepare scientific proof and documents to verify the approach
∎ Prepare and analyze the test plan and results

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing machine learning systems and self-running artificial intelligence (AI) software to automate predictive models
∎ Developing prototypes utilizing the knowledge of Computer vision, Deep learning, Machine learning, Image and Video processing in real time
∎ Must be expert coder in Python/Java/R with Conda environment and implement any Machine learning/Deep learning algorithm using relevant API/framework
∎ In-depth knowledge of CNN, Multilayer Perceptron, LSTM, GRU and Sequence modeling, Feedforward & backpropagation, Attention networks, Transformer architecture, Hidden Markov models, and Beamsearch, will be given high priority
∎ A key player in classical machine learning algorithms like Linear and Logistic Regression, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Linear Discriminant Analysis, Classification and Regression Trees, Naive Bayes, Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest and Boosting
∎ Must explore Natural Language Processing (NLP) model as and when needed.
∎ Must have expertise in the following tools/framework/library: TensorFlow, Pytorch and Torch, Keras, Neural Designer, Theano, H20.ai, Caffe, Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit
∎ Experience with parallel and distributed computing
∎ Knowledge of Bangla Sign Language (silent conversation) is a plus
∎ Habituated with code repository (Git, SVN) with best practices
