• Textile, Apparel or Fashion Graduate from a reputed university (BUTEX, BUFT, NIFT, SMUCT)

• In depth knowledge in fabric/materials in respective category. (Knit/Woven/Knitwear etc).

• Good knowledge of 3D CLO softwares.

• Understanding of patterns, fit and technical aspects of the product.

• Excellent eye for colour, print, typography and layout.

• Awareness of latest fashion trends and relevant material knowledge.

• Self-driven, passionate and able to work under pressure of deadline.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to details & accuracy, aiming for perfection.

• Excellent written & verbal communication both in Bangla & English.

• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work efficiently.

• Production Support: Providing support during the production phase, addressing any issues that arise concerning fit or construction as needed.
