∎ Masters / MBA in Marketing from Reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and maintaining product display, training & promotion standards nationwide.
∎ New sellout network expansion and maintenance of current network.
∎ Arrangement of Pop and other material in coordination with Product Managers.
∎ Supervising sellout team and activity monitoring.
∎ Competitor's activity monitoring and designing counter strategies.
∎ Managing the overall sellout activities within departmental budgets.
∎ Inter departmental coordination with all departments i.e. Sales, Marketing & Logistic for smooth execution of relevant activities.
∎ Market visits and dealers meeting to check sellout associates working & improvement measures.
∎ Reporting overall activities to higher management & implementing their suggestions for business improvement.
∎ Designing SOPs for smooth sellout operations & execution.
∎ Diversified experience sales; distribution channels development; key accounts management; business development with growing responsibilities in the leading organizations.
∎ Vast experience in sales management, staff supervision and development at the regional/ national-level positions;
∎ Expertise in different types of sales channels like retail, wholesale, dealers' network and distributors along with B-to-B/ B-to-C sales.
∎ Assertive communication - for strong follow up
∎ People & Channel management
∎ Thorough proficiency in SAP - understanding & implementation
∎ Knowledge & Strong analytical skills of Over Ageing & Collection
∎ Time management - for adhering to processes & deadlines
∎ Knowledge of business processes
∎ Knowledge related to Sales Policies & Processes

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 Years' Experience from Electronics Industry is highly appreciable.
∎ Must have strong internal communication channels with all branches
∎ Coordination with branch people for:
∎ Announcing sales related policies after getting relevant information from the concerned departments
∎ Announcing product wise sales forecast plan for branches.
