Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, from any reputed local or foreign university.
∎ Certification and training on System administration and Network administration would be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specific client visits are conducted to learn about the client's problems and, if necessary, choose a specific product for them, usually from Microsoft, RedHat, and security software.
∎ Prepare presentations on specific security products as requested by the client, such as PAM solutions, SIEM solutions, DLP solutions, endpoint solutions, server security solutions, email solutions, and email security solutions.
∎ Communicate with specific OEMs like- Trend Micro, Veritas, Sophos, IBM, etc for RFP creation, BOQ and technical queries.
∎ Maintain all the partner portals and their renewals.
∎ Good understanding and hands-on working with Active Directory, PAM, SIEM and other security solutions.
∎ Working closely with the customer for installation, deployment and support services.
