∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, support & maintenance of enterprise servers & storage systems like Oracle, HP, Dell, CISCO UCS, EMC etc.
∎ Configure, maintenance & troubleshooting of enterprise storage solutions like Dell EMC XtremIO, Hitachi etc.
∎ Install and Troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows Server 2012 / 2008 / 2003, RHEL.
∎ A strong understanding of TCP/ IP will be required.
∎ Certificates like Red Hat & Other OEM will be counted as an advantage.
∎ Customer Focused (Internal and External), Self-motivated, driven by results.
∎ Communicate/ escalate/coordinate with customers & overseas partners for faster problem resolution.
∎ Sound mature judgment and decision-making ability.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
