Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on Commercial part of all Networking Projects; provide assistance and support to pursue all commercial issues within the projects and ensure that commercial terms are well defined, understood, and adhered to.
∎ Develop and expand the commercial knowledge within the Project team.
∎ Ensuring compliance of the governance issues of Networking Project Contracts.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of all commercial plans and executions.
∎ Provide contractual support during any supplier contract.
∎ Circulate the weekly/monthly commercial reports to Management.
∎ Ensuring the subcontract processes are administered correctly, protecting the best interest of the company.
∎ Prepare Proforma Invoices for all suppliers and support SCM to issue Purchase Orders.
∎ Prepare Letter of Credit to be issued by the bank for the suppliers.
∎ Submission of invoices to ensure timely bill collection from the Projects. Support mediation/adjudication of the claims of prime Customers.
∎ Any tasks related to commercial issues of the Projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Ability to identify commercial issues and areas for improvement through analysis.
∎ Conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing, clearing forwarding etc.
∎ Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
∎ Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships.
∎ Team orientated with strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
∎ Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
