Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor all security guards and related staff on a day-to-day basis.
Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and ensure adequate manpower coverage .
Ensure proper checking of all entry and exit points.
Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the premises and report and investigate any suspicious activities or security incidents.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, accidents, or unauthorized entry.
Maintain records of security staff attendance, leave, and performance and Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly security reports to management.
Support HR/Admin in maintaining discipline among workers and visitors.
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Implement company security policies and ensure compliance.
