Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL) is looking for an competent candidate for the Position of "Section Head - Electrical & Instrumentation" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.

• Oversee preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance strategies for all electrical power generation and instrumentation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

• Lead the execution of E&I projects, including new installations, upgrades and modifications. Ensuring timely and cost effective completion.

• Monitor and analyze key maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR, implementing initiatives to improve equipment reliability and performance.

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, industry regulations and plant safety protocols. Mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Utilize techniques such as, vibration analysis and thermography to detect potential faults early and implement proactive maintenance measures.

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, optimize maintenance costs, and drive cost-effective solutions for equipment performance improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.

• Ensure immediate response to critical breakdowns to prevent plant shutdowns and mitigate production losses.

• Provide strategic direction for the E&I department, aligning with organizational goals and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

• Oversee workforce planning, performance management and skill development programs to enhance team capabilities.

• Promote a culture of safety, innovation and operational excellence within the department.
