Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "Chemist/ Assistant Chemist (Laboratory)" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.

• Perform routine and specialized tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to ASTM, ISO, AASHTO, GB and APHA method during process and regular product storage tank.

• Conduct tests on petroleum products such as bitumen, furnace oil, diesel, naphtha and related materials to determine their physical and chemical properties.

• Utilize analytical instruments and techniques such as distillation, flash point, Sulphur content, calorific value, viscosity, carbon residue, water content, ash content, softening point, penetration and ductility testing.

• Analyze test results, detect deviation and report any non-conformance issues to Senior Chemist/ Shift-In Charge.

• Conduct tests on boiler water, boiler-feed, cooling water, RO, Return condensate, ETP inlet and outlet water etc.

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations to ensure product quality and safety manners.

• Provide timely and accurate reports on quality metrics, trends, and findings to management.
