Responsibilities & Context:
Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), is looking for some competent candidate for the Position of "Senior Chemist- Laboratory" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.
Innovating new chemical products, processes, improving existing ones and solving complex technical problems.
Monitors employee performance to ensure productivity and compliance with work rules and directs lab personnel in keeping lab clean, safe and organized.
Providing guidance, training, and professional development for junior staff or new team members.
Ensuring that laboratory safety protocols are followed and that proper disposal procedures for chemicals are in place.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on instruments to ensure proper functionality.
Perform shifting duties– includes shift handover, collaboration with shift engineers, taking critical decisions during shifting duties.
Perform routine and specialized tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to established procedures during process and regular product storage tank.
