Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), is looking for some competent candidate for the Position of "Senior Chemist- Laboratory" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.

• Innovating new chemical products, processes, improving existing ones and solving complex technical problems.

• Monitors employee performance to ensure productivity and compliance with work rules and directs lab personnel in   keeping lab clean, safe and organized.

• Providing guidance, training, and professional development for junior staff or new team members.

• Ensuring that laboratory safety protocols are followed and that proper disposal procedures for chemicals are in place.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on instruments to ensure proper functionality.

• Perform shifting duties– includes shift handover, collaboration with shift engineers, taking critical decisions during shifting duties.

• Perform routine and specialized tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to established procedures during process and regular product storage tank.
