∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for skilled and experienced candidate(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accurate Sample Development and Sample Making.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for making Garments as per guideline of concern personnel's.
∎ Managing the sample development process. Planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and to guide subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
∎ Preparation of different samples and getting the Management approval.
∎ Preparing the right sample at the right time to meet the required expectation.
∎ Provide technical solutions related to sewing /cutting which might arise from sample.
∎ Informing quality-related problems encountered during preparing samples to QC.
∎ Maintain all types of technical data according to the requirement of the customers while sample developing.
∎ Motivate and retain sample room operators to meet the customer demand.
∎ Initiate and maintain contact with Designers, Pattern Master, Merchandiser for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues
∎ Communicate with pattern makers and technicians for all sample related issues to ensure quality standards are achieved.
∎ Have knowledge about fabric, pattern, cutting, sewing, marker, print, embroidery & wash.
∎ To ensure sample making according to tech pack. Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
