Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Admin tasks) and Apex/Lightning development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Experience with Flow automation and custom code development (Apex, LWC).
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
We’re seeking skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our growing marketing team in Dhaka who can work from our Banani office in line with USA business time.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our growing Tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet business needs, while also developing scalable solutions through automation, integration, and code.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow automation.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Salesforce org, including user management, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Design and implement automation solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers/classes.
Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Apex controllers.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and APIs as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and security.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce updates and projects.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
