Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of total experience in sales or business development.
At least 2 years of successful experience managing a sales team, preferably in a corporate B2B or Retails Sales environment.
Skills:
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and a strong team player
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to tracking sales metrics and performance.
Excellent command over communication and high-level contract negotiation (fluent in [Language, e.g., English and Bangla]).
Tools:
High proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and corporate CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets. Build a high-performance culture.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, secure new vendor enlistments, and increase market share.
Pipeline & Revenue Forecasting: Set clear KPIs, monitor sales pipelines, track conversion rates, and provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts to executive management.
Key Account Management: Directly manage negotiations and build relationships with high-value corporate clients, institutional buyers, and key stakeholders.
Process Optimization: Implement, refine, and enforce efficient sales processes, from initial lead generation and cold outreach to closing deals and post-sale onboarding.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and shifting market demands to adjust sales tactics dynamically.
