Responsibilities & Context:
Must have the ability to work with Medical Laboratory Machine related issues.
Solving Emergency troubleshooting, 24/7 system machinery running without any error.
Replacement and maintenance of spare parts.
Must have basic knowledge of EEE, mechanical, Service, construction, tools and machine.
Must have basic knowledge of Product Sales.
Coordinate Sales based on daily target Attract customers with proper product communication.
Maintain customer database Ensure customer satisfaction during sales & after sales.
Look after safe product delivery to the end consumer Communicate with corporate customers based on the requirement.
