• 1 to 2 years Preferable, Fresher can apply, Preference will be given to experienced candidates.

• Must have the ability to work with Medical Laboratory Machine related issues.

• Must have basic knowledge of EEE, mechanical, Service, construction, tools and machine.

• Must have basic knowledge of Product Sales.

Responsibilities & Context

• Solving Emergency troubleshooting, 24/7 system machinery running without any error.

• Replacement and maintenance of spare parts.

• Coordinate Sales based on daily target Attract customers with proper product communication.

• Maintain customer database Ensure customer satisfaction during sales & after sales.

• Look after safe product delivery to the end consumer Communicate with corporate customers based on the requirement.
