Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Presentation & reporting ability.

Target and KPI-driven mindset.

Willing to travel nationally (field visits).

• Identify and onboard new institutional partners (MFIs, NGOs, Cooperatives, INGOs, SMEs).

• Generate new micro group insurance business and support proposal development.

• Meet the business regular target with persistency.

• Conduct presentations, field visits, meetings, and negotiations.

• Maintain strong client servicing and assist to ensure yearly renewals.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reports.

• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claim, and product teams for smooth service.

• Support activation activities, awareness campaigns, and workshops.

• Perform market research to identify competition and new opportunities.

• Maintain CRM/partner database and documentation.

• Coordinate internal business Operations as and when required.
