Digital channel sales capability.
KPI and data-driven decision-making.Analytical reporting and dashboard skills.
Coordination across multi-stakeholder teams.Familiarity with digital payments, fintech ecosystem, or agent networks.
Responsibilities & Context:
Execute enrollment and sales activities through fintech and tech platforms.
Support digital integration, campaigns, and product activation.
Monitor digital funnel KPIs: conversions, activations, renewals, and churn.
Prepare data analysis dashboards and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with partner tech teams for product enhancements and issue resolution.
Support training of partner field staff, call center, and agent networks.
Assist in pilot launches, testing, and optimization cycles.
Work closely with Product, and Marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
Ensure high-quality customer service coordination post-sale.
Coordinate with IT and digital partners to ensure smooth integration, testing, and rollout
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
