Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for growing the company's Business in Bangladesh.
∎ The business deliverables will constitute Sales Revenue, Margin Management, and DSO (Collections).
∎ Develop individual selling strategies designed to generate sales to ensure the attainment of 100% of the sales target for assigned products.
∎ Promote and sell products, services and solutions.
∎ Monitor and plan your own sales activity regularly and update the sales pipeline accordingly.
∎ Proactively monitor industry trends, competitive environment, climate, players, distribution, and issues to make recommendations regarding the sales strategy of specific events.
∎ A customer-centric approach to business.
∎ Assess client needs and present suitable products, services, and solutions.
∎ The candidate must know the jute mills business related to Bangladesh.
∎ Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of the Technicalities of all products in Jute Mills in Bangladesh
