∎ Skills Required: Commercial Banking, ISP Sales, IT Support Service, Salesman
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Computer skill, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, acquiring, managing new business and also achieving business target as per approved KPI.
∎ Customer Support and complain management and ensure service quality
∎ Increasing new customer base and develop Sales strategies for Retail Banking Products.
∎ Managing monthly sales matrix as assigned by the Branch.
∎ Handling sales campaign.
∎ Ensure best customer service for both internal and external customers.
∎ Supporting the relevant authority, in order to recover Loans/Cards outstanding.
∎ Strong quality to work in a team and lead them.
∎ Remittance related all support to Agent Outlet;
∎ Manage and develop all internal Notes and Memos & Ensure IT Support. for Agent Banking
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
